Tallinn FIR

Tallinn FIR stands for Tallinn Flight Information Region and covers the whole virtual Estonian airspace in VATSIM environment. ICAO callsign for Tallinn FIR is EETT. A common transition altitude of 5000ft is applicable in the Tallinn FIR. The transition level can be obtained from the respective controllers ATIS.

In real life, Tallinn FIR is divided between two controller positions: Tallinn Control East (frequency 122.90) and Tallinn Control West (frequnecy 132.50). In VATSIM only one controller position is used for the whole airspace. This position is called Tallinn Control with frequency 132.500.
