You need to be VATSIM member to join VACC Estonia. Put the ID received after VATSIM registration in the VATSIM ID field and your rating in the VATSIM network in the VATSIM Rating field.

Only applications with correct data will be registered. False applications will be ignored. Filling multiple applications will NOT make the registering process faster.
